Most homeowners have never dealt with a major water, fire or mold problem before. The questions come fast: Is it safe to stay? What has to be torn out? Who pays for what? How long will this take?

Our job is to answer those questions clearly and handle the work properly. We stabilize the property, show you what we found with readings and photos, and give you a written plan before any major work starts. You get one point of contact from the first call through the rebuild.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to use the contractor my insurance company recommends?

Under most policies you can choose your own contractor. Some policies include a managed repair or preferred contractor provision, so check your policy or ask your agent. Many homeowners prefer a local, licensed company that will also handle the rebuild.

Can you start before my adjuster comes out?

Emergency mitigation to prevent further damage usually should not wait. We document conditions thoroughly before and during the work so your adjuster has a clear record.

Will I have to move out?

Most homeowners stay during water mitigation and repairs. For large fire losses, extensive mold remediation or contaminated water, temporary relocation may be advisable, and we will tell you up front.

Do you do the repairs too?

Yes. As a licensed general contractor, we rebuild what was removed, including drywall, flooring, cabinets and paint.
